The start of a new satellite TV to Ethiopia is pretty good news. We believe it is a step forward in the effort to implement true democracy in Ethiopia. And ESAT (Ethiopian Satellite TV) will be the voice for the voiceless. As we all know, too much information is kept out of the sight and ears of Ethiopians. It is about time to disclose hidden information to the public so that fellow Ethiopians can sort out truth from fiction on their own. ESAT is going to start broadcasting directly to Ethiopia at the end of this month. This TV station will transmit its program in an Arab Satellite form which enables most people to watch and get the information they deserve. ESTV cannot be jammed because it is a satellite transmission. And anyone who has a dish will be able to watch this TV. This is the best alternative TV to our people. I hope most of us will be happy with this great news. And to make our happiness full and complete, we have to contribute our share to the sustainability of this program. If we do not cooperate in funding ESAT and help those individuals who founded it, they may not able to carry the burden all by themselves. I am really happy of your television station. Due to hating the false information of Ethiopian Television since Election Day may 23 2010.I am forced to purchase a dish. What is wrong there is no signal from May 27 2010. Please inform us. I am afraid the
ruling party is dictator like Derge and the political system of China. What is the solution?
